1. NO OBLIGATION MEETING
They will arrange to meet you at a convenient time and date whether during the day, evening or weekend. This meeting is completely free of charge with no obligation and provides the opportunity to meet in person (or over video call in some instances) to discuss all of your requirements and explain how it all works and how you can be helped.
2. PROPERTY SEARCH
You instruct to commence the search following the no obligation meeting. Bowery will then clearly outline and document every detail of your criteria and preferences.
Equipped with a documented and comprehensive search brief, they begin their property search, which will involve using extensive network of contacts including local estate agents, developers and private contacts to source both on and off market properties.
They are extremely pro-active in our property search and will preview all properties that we feel match your criteria and budget.
3. ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS
Once they have carried out a thorough property search, your consultant will shortlist the properties they feel are most suited to your requirements.
They will then report back with detailed comprehensive feedback and arrange to view these shortlisted properties with you. These viewings can include:
– Area familiarisation tours
– Providing insight into relevant areas
– Highlighting all the key factors of the location.
During the viewings the consultants will advise you on all aspects of each property and will discuss feedback with you once all the viewings have been completed . At this point if you would like to proceed, they will move onto the next step which is to negotiate the best price for you.
If you’re still not 100% we will discuss all the feedback and continue to search until we have found you a suitable property.
4. NEGOTIATING AN OFFER
The whole negotiation process will be handled for you.
Before an offer is made on your behalf they will discuss their opinion on the value of the property by gathering comparable evidence and discussing how they will handle the negotiation process for you.
The efficiency and commitment bought to a sale means that their solid relationships with estate agents, developers etc often gives bargaining power. It’s our job first and foremost to secure your chosen property at the correct/best price and to then ensure the property is taken off the market or in other instances to ensure it never reaches the open market.
Once a price has been agreed Bowery will manage the entire conveyancing process from offer acceptance to completion of the transaction. They will liaise with all parties including estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and brokers to ensure the whole process runs smoothly and is completed within the quickest time frame possible.
6. COMPLETION THE FINAL STEP
On the day of completion they will arrange to:
– Collect the keys on your behalf
– We will inspect the property
– Locate and take meter readings
– Provide you with a checklist of what you need to do in order to settle in comfortably in your new home
In the case of investments we will discuss the next steps for renting the property and go through the Property Management service with you.

If you would like them to keep in touch after completion they can provide ongoing assistance and advice with any aspects of your new home or investment. Updates regarding local market conditions which include comparable sales data and local area news you can see how your asset is performing over time.
