What happens when Diego Ferrari, and Emily Roux open a restaurant together? An absolute gem is created !
This was one of 2018’s biggest openings, after all you have one of the most famous surnames in the culinary world, Roux (Emily) daughter of Michel Roux Jnr, teamed up with her husband Diego.
Diego was born in Milan and started working in his local “ristorante” when he was just 14 years old. At the age of 20 he chose to move to Paris, learn a new language and pursue a culinary career underneath the guidance of the famous Alain Ducasse. Before starting this venture with wife Emily, Diego spent three years as Head Chef of Le Gavroche.
Emily was born and raised in London into the most gastronomic of families. Her passion for food started at a young age and she has continued to follow in her father’s footsteps dedicating her life to culinary excellence.
So many strong dishes on the menu, the traditional french influence you would expect, mixed with a clean cut modern edge compliments this wonderful dining experience.
